Checkweigher: Checkweigher Inspection Work Process and Precautions

The working process of the automatic checkweigher is as follows: Weighing process ① Front-end conveying mechanism: The object to be measured is conveyed to the weighing mechanism, on the one hand, the object is given an initial speed, so that it can reach stability faster after entering the weighing mechanism; Aspects play the role of isolating and damping front-end materials to ensure measurement accuracy; ② Intermediate weighing mechanism: This part is the key part of the entire mechanical system, and its structural design and installation accuracy directly affect the measurement accuracy of the system. It consists of conveying motor, photoelectric monitoring part and load cell. Complete the dynamic weighing of objects; ③ Back-end sorting mechanism: This part is the action part of sorting, which is composed of conveying part, pneumatic valve, hopper, etc. Eliminate and sort ineligible parts of objects. The culling method can be set to blow, push, move, drop, etc. Report feedback The checkweigher has a weight signal feedback function, which usually feeds back the average weight of the set quantity of products to the controller of the packaging/filling/canning machine, and the control box will dynamically adjust the feeding amount to make the average weight of the product more close to the target value. Eight precautions in the operation of the checkweigher: ① The sensor of the checkweigher is a very sensitive measuring device and must be handled with care. Avoid vibration, crushing or objects falling on the weighing platform (weighing conveyor). Do not place tools on the weighing platform. ② During the transportation of the checkweigher, the weighing conveyor must be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts. ③ The products that need to be weighed regularly enter the automatic checkweigher, that is, the product spacing is as equal as possible, which is the premise of reliable weighing. Keep it clean as dust, dirt or moisture condenses on the optics and can cause malfunctions. If necessary, gently wipe these areas with a soft cloth or cotton cloth. ④The weighing conveyor of the checkweigher needs to be kept clean because of the stains or residues left by the product, which may cause malfunctions. To clean up these residues, either blow away the dirt with compressed air or wipe with a damp, soft cloth. ⑤ If the checkweigher is equipped with a conveyor belt, please check the conveyor belt regularly. The belts must not touch any guards or transition plates (smooth plates between adjacent belts) as this will cause additional wear and vibration, which may negatively affect accuracy. ⑥If the checkweigher is equipped with a chain conveyor, the guards need to be checked regularly so that they can be ensured that they are in good condition and installed correctly. ⑦ When installing a radiator with an independent base or a radiator with an independent bracket (post), please ensure that the anchor screws or the bottom plate are firmly fixed on the ground. ⑧ Keep spare parts in stock, especially spare parts that are easy to wear, so as to shorten the downtime caused by damaged spare parts.
